The Finance discipline in Stamford University Bangladesh has been started its academic activities in 2002 at beginning period of the university under the Department of Business Administration. The aim of this discipline is to produce graduates who exhibit a strong knowledge base and technical competency in finance. The discipline offers major in Finance in BBA program as well as MBA program for the students to develop knowledge and understanding of the theoretical concepts, which are required in the practical circumstances.

In the Discipline of Finance approximately 11 full-time highly qualified and dedicated faculty members are contributing teaching in both BBA and MBA program.
